The newly built 112’ San Lorenzo ‘AU’ from its home depot in Sydney recently used The Boat Works facility for her annual maintenance.
At 115 tonne the luxury San Lorenzo was efficiently hauled out with Gold Coast’s largest lift at 300 tonnes. The Shipyard Crew coordinated and worked closely with the vessel manger prior reviewing docking plans of the hull to accommodate and anticipate what was required.
Understanding the vessels hull design prior is essential to ensure accurate lift points are achieved on the day. To assist in achieving precise sling placement our shipyard crew worked in conjunction with two divers whom offered the additional insight and guidance in supporting the alignment of the sling placement for the 34m tri deck hull.

AU underwent her hull preparations here within the Super Sheds with the onsite hull preparation team at Affordable Antifoul Solutions with Seavictor 50 and propspeed. Carrying out various routine maintenance works with ease of access for all the marine service providers involved.
