Let’s Rendezvous 2026 Celebrates Australia’s Marine Industry at The Boat Works
Friday 22 May during the 2026 Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show saw Australia’s marine industry come together for an unforgettable evening at The Boat Works with the return of the renowned ‘Let’s Rendezvous’ event, presented by CHAPMAN.
Held beachside within the superyacht basin at Kokomo Kitchen & Bar, more than 450 marine industry colleagues, captains, crew, business partners and friends gathered to celebrate the Australian yachting industry and the world-class facilities at The Boat Works.
By day, The Boat Works is home to the maintenance, refit and servicing of some of the industry’s finest vessels — but for one evening, the facility transformed into a vibrant tropical-inspired celebration of the people behind the marine industry.
The atmosphere was electric with nautical tropical vibes, entertainment by DJs Ariana Sunshine, Juay Kennedy, while a surprise saxophone performance aboard a superyacht added a unique touch to the evening. Guests also enjoyed a surprise mid evening with the arrival of McDonalds nuggets and Beluga caviar alongside premium beverages and hospitality throughout the night.
The annual event, masterminded by Cooper Chapman and the CHAPMAN team, once again proved a huge success in bringing together the wider marine community in a relaxed and memorable setting.
The evening was proudly supported by a strong line-up of marine industry sponsors and onsite partners headquartered at The Boat Works including Club Marine, D’Aprix Marine Services, Docherty Marine, GLI – Geoff Lovett International, INTEG Marine Group, Marine Aluminium Fabrication, MMA Spraypainting, Pacific Trim Marine Upholstery, SD Marine and Yachtsmith Refinishing Specialists.
With additional support provided by Superyacht Australia, Sweep Superyachts, Sail Racing, Oceanic Superyacht Services, Outcast Haulage, Boathouse Tavern, Ariane Vodka, Bundaberg Rum, Captain Morgans, the Boating Industry Association (BIA) and Marine Jobs.

The Boat Works proudly thanks all sponsors, partners and guests for contributing to another standout evening celebrating Australia’s thriving marine industry.
Here’s to the next celebration of our incredible marine community — bring on Let’s Rendezvous 2027.
