Yes that time again; Bathurst 1000 this weekend and behind the wheel of the Porsche Carrera Cup Australia Championship will be the Boss of The Boat Works, Tony Longhurst.
It’s been 11 years since Tony was in full race mode at Mount Panorama and this weekend he returns with the same passion and desire to win as back in 88′ with the Benson & Hedges Ford Sierra.
Since the start of this year, Tony has again made successful appearances at the ‘Australian GT Championships’, Sydney through to the more recent BMW run at the ‘Silverstone Classic’ in the UK. Of recent he was a guest driver at the Toyota 86 Racing Series at Sandown 500.
Now with a few more miles under his belt, all eyes are turned to Bathurst for the next round with the Porsche Carrera Cup Championships which will be a whole new experience.

Friday, 7/10/16 = 10:10am-10:30am = Qualifying | 2:25pm -2:50pm = Race 1-9 Laps
Saturday, 8/10/16 = 4:30pm – 4:55pm = Race 2-9 Laps
Sunday,9/10/16 = 9:30am-9:55pm = Race 3-9 Laps
