2024 Enhancements

North Yard

  1. Watersheds – a game changer for the industry (9 x 35m berths)
  2. Expanding and upgrading capacity for more boats in the Northern Marina.
  3. Q Precinct – 50% more Sheds & 50% more hardstand allocation
  4. Construction of 8 new Offices – The Wharf, welcoming Pantaenius, Selene Yachts Australia, Horizon Motor Yachts, Geoff Lovett International, Chapman Yacht Management
  5. Constructing new Workshops; Yacht Support & Marine Window Services & Ocean Degree Yacht Services
  6. Connecting thoroughfare between TBW and Riviera with gate system in place

South Yard

  1. South Office enhancements
  2. New Customer Lounge
  3. New Customer outdoor deck area
  4. Marina extension – adding in more boat capacity (20 more berths)

2025 MORE to COME

  1. 100t variable Marine Travel Lift – Lifting January ‘25
  2. Covered Hardstand – additional Boat allocations – Undercover, adjacent to Q Shed 10
  3. Marine Trade Supplies – exclusive Paint Shop extension

Plus a courtesy car to run errands, live-aboard ensuites, morning coffee and breakfast options at The Galley and or at Garage 25, even a cool gift when you return to water
