2024 was a big year for The Boat Works. We’re not just looking back with pride but forward with excitement as we commit to investing in the next decade—30,000 boats over the next 10 years and new opportunities across all areas of our business.

Marina Developments

Situated in the heart of the Gold Coast, The Boat Works is the shining star of maritime. Our service and facilities are unmatched and we are the go to for boating enthusiasts. Looking back at 2024 and forward to the future our focus on growth and development at the Marina is cementing our position as the number one destination for boat owners and skippers.

North Yard Developments

  4. New Offices and Workshops – Eight new offices at The Wharf have been built to accommodate major marine businesses Pantaenius, Selene Yachts Australia, Horizon Motor Yachts, Geoff Lovett International and Chapman Yacht Management. New workshops for Yacht Support, Marine Window Services and Ocean Degree Yacht Services have also been established to add to our comprehensive services.
  5. Link Road – A new link road between The Boat Works and Riviera with a gate system has been built to facilitate movement and access.

South Yard Improvements

  1. Office and Customer Area Upgrades – 2024 saw big changes in the South Yard with new offices, a customer lounge and outdoor deck area to improve the customer experience.
