The benefits of out of water boat storage is there are no added maintenance costs while not in use; i.e. water leaks / anode changes etc. and you save money.
Other services to note:
1/maintenance & service upkeep can be available onsite whilst in storage i.e. keeping your boat washed, turning on & off the humidifier i.e. prevention of build up mould etc.
2/onsite brokerages can have your boat listed should you be interested to try the option of selling whilst in storage.
We have motivated buyers onsite inspecting the vessels in storage as many do just that whilst in storage and resell. Take advantage of being out of water and have it in on display for easy accessed inspections.
3/ added benefit; when your ready to use it’s only a short lift to the work hardstand area with full access to all the 35+ onsite marine professionals
4/a valet type service can be coordinated if your time poor via our onsite project management teams. Should you want the option, the vessel can be arranged to be washed, maintained, prepped and ready along with delivery to your destination ready for use

As well as 24/7 surveillance and high-tech cameras around perimeter, the marina, hardstand and refit sheds, The Boat Works employs onsite caretakers who monitor all systems.
OUR FACILITIES
For our customers, we have three courtesy vehicles available to shuttle you to the airport, hotel or home. The Galley Café & Bar is legendary for its hearty fare, takeaway sit down meals or special occasions, and free live entertainment on the weekends.
Along with modern, 5-star amenities, there are two laundries and ensuites customers can use free of charge.

Our tenants include engine experts, navigation equipment, rigging specialists, paint and print shops, manufacturing and fabrication. You decide how your job is run, liaising directly with trades, or you can hand it over to a project manager and stay appraised of each step of your project
