Quality Workmanship approved by the PM

Joel Weymouth, Director of Fairspray Marine Finishings has over the years supported, serviced and maintained the Coast Guards fleet of vessels.

He recently had the opportunity to rub shoulders along with receiving the ultimate handshake of appreciation for the works undertaken direct from the PM himself.

The Prime Minister was onsite at Redcliffe Coast Guard to reiterate support and give the tick of approval to the Coast Guard for the major upgrades to the craft.

Fairspray Marine Finishings based here within The Boat Works completed the array of works on the craft. A new paint job, new antifoul, upgrades to the communication equipment, a full electrical rewire, new interior seats, chart table and some electronics upgrades.

IMG_0455Flotilla commander Lee McCarthy said the craft went back into service on November 11 and had done a number of rescues since.
