Due to growth within the business, a new part time role is available for the right candidate, in a permanent part time capacity. The hours will ideally spread over 3 days per week and are negotiable.

You will report to the Finance Manager with the role comprising of:

  • Debtor Engagement
  • collection & tracking of arrears Accounts Payable 
  • data entry, coding & preparation for payment
  • Investigating and resolving account irregularities/queries
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Account related administration/general bookkeeping duties associated administration tasks

To succeed in this role you will require a passion for accounts, initiative, ability to work independently and a pro-active approach. Ideally, you will have experience dealing with multiple entities and have a minimum of Certificate IV in Accounting or similar.

Proven experience, minimum 7+ years in a similar role is essential and also a strong knowledge of MYOB. If this role appeals to you, please apply ASAP as the position is available now. Note the position is part time, however, some flexibility will be required for additional hours when needed.
